The bar in my header is not sticky

I have set the bar in my header to sticky but it still scrolls away with the page. See http://triade.proberen.nu/

How can I make the bar sticky?

I just test the sticky option on my development website and it is just working fine. There could be a plugin or custom code that affects your header behavior.
