Thank you page not displaying

I’ve posted this before (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/thank-you-page-broken/22224), but I still don’t have a solution. The ‘solution’ in the post didn’t work for me.

After each checkout/payment in Woocommerce, the screen goes to the thank you page, but there’s nothing.

I think it’s the ‘order-received’ or ‘thankyou’ template. And it’s the only page this is happening to.

Only the header (“Checkout”) is there. The admin bar has disappeared, the content has gone, the footer is gone.

I’ve tried a lot, but I can’t find a proper solution.

Thanks for writing in! I have tested your thank-you page by placing a sample free order and I was able to see your page after checkout (see secure note).

Could you please confirm on your end as well.

I’ve used a plugin to override the default template. But I don’t think that is a real solution. Something is broken out of the box. Any idea what it could be?
