TGM_Plugin_Activation fatal error

I’m getting a fatal error. I removed Wordfence, removed Pro, re-installed Pro and Wordfence, without success.

[proxy_fcgi:error [pid 22096:tid 140655464535808 [client 86.183.55.171:0 AH01071: Got error ‘PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method TGM_Plugin_Activation::get_tgmpa_url() in /home/…blic_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(308): x_addons_page_home()\n#4 /home/830088.cloudwaysapps.com/jvndhcnkpx/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(332): WP_Hook->apply_…’, referer: https://dev2hps.com/wp-admin/update.php?action=upload-theme

I’ll add a secure note

Thanks, Bill.

Hi Bill,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website and found the issue while trying to install the extensions. There might be some different reasons behind your issue, I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

NOTE: Please let us know if the current setup is your staging server.

Thanks

This is a dev site - you can make changes and test the issues. I already attached a secure note, as I saw you login!

Hi Bill,

It seems that you have not performed the common issue troubleshooting. I have deactivated all the plugins, and the extensions are starting to show. I would suggest you activate the plugin one by one and check if the issue revert back and the last plugin you activated that should be the reason behind your problem. If that is a 3rd Party plugin, please contact the plugin author, and if that is a bundled plugin, please let us know for further investigation.

Thanks

Thanks, it’s this plugin causing the error: https://themekraft.com/wordpress-products/woocommerce-buddypress-integration/

I’ve raised it with the developer,

Thanks, Bill.
