Text Type Messing with Mobile View

I’m using a text type element on my page and when its view in mobile mode, sometimes a sentence will spill down a line causing my screen to drop down and then pop back up.

How can i fix this so it perhaps stays down or starts a little lower so that it doesn’t drop down and pop back up?

Hello @JDRDigital,

Thanks for asking. :slight_smile:

Can you please share website URL for us to take closer look?

Thanks.

Hello There,

You are experiencing this issue because on smaller screen, there is no more room for the text type text and it will always move to the next line. In order to resolve this, we need to change the font size on smaller screens. To do that, please add the following CSS code in the X > Launch > Theme Options > Global CSS (http://prntscr.com/evui3r)

@media(max-width: 979px){
  .x-text-type {
    font-size: 2em !important;
  }
}

Feel free to adjust the font size when it is needed.

Is there a way to make a change without making only one type of text tiny and leaving the rest giant?

Perhaps create a lower space between the the type text and the title text below?

Hi There,

Please try replacing the provided code with:

@media(max-width: 979px){
  .x-text-type {
    font-size: 2em !important;
  }
.el5.x-text .x-text-content-text-primary, .el4.x-text, {
      font-size: 2em;
    margin-bottom: 20px;
}
}

Hope it helps!
