tried everything im really struggling to fix the mobile text resp. issue. its always big, always stays same size as on mobile. tried adding text responsive h.responsive to page settings etc, changed a few things its still stuck at big. i dont understand why a popular theme like yours cant have a simple easy fix for all responsiveness like elementor does. things are a bit complicated on your theme.

Thank you for reaching out to us. If you need your text to scale or respond according to the screen size then you should use the Responsive Text feature. First give your Text element a class e.g responsive-text (see screenshot)
Then click on cog icon in the bottom left corner in Cornerstone to open up the settings and then go to Page Settings, under Responsive Text title click on Add button:
Add .responsive-text in Selector field and add Minimum and Maximum font sizes.

The Class attribute is there inside the Customize tab at the top of the panel. Please find the screenshot below.
