I think you’ve misunderstood what is meant in the changelog. We’re not referring to the fonts that you use on your website, rather we are referring to the fonts displayed in the Pro builders themselves. By using system fonts, it means that the Pro app itself may load more quickly.
The PageSpeed comment refers to a Font Awesome icon being utilised by the UberMenu plugin. You can see this if you hover over the link in the report and look at the URL being referenced. I assume it is specifically the angle down icon next to the top navigation items that it is taking issue with. This is a situation where really, the report is throwing out a false alarm, because the fix might be to set a backup system font to display whilst the Font Awesome webfont (the icon) is loading, but that’s not really appropriate or necessary in this case.
Additionally, it’s worth pointing out that this particular alert has absolutely no bearing whatsoever on your actual PageSpeed score. So if your goal is to improve the PageSpeed score, ‘fixing’ this will make no difference at all. You might find the following articles of interest/use:
