Thanks for writing in! The text disappears in Safari because of this custom CSS conflict. Somewhere in the page you have added this:

p, body, .gothambook {
font-family: 'Gotham-Book' !important;
}

Please remove this CSS code block to prevent it from conflicting with your page.
