Text in header does not fit in mobile

Hi,

We have a top bar with a disclaimer on our header which looks good on desktop but does not fit on mobile. Currently, the bar’s hight is set to 1.3 rem, I tried setting it to 3 rem to give it enough space for mobile which worked, but then it’s way too large on desktop. Is there any way to make it responsive? Attaching screenshots that shows what I mean, it’s the top bar with the black background I’m referring to.
