Text in classic elements not showing - on all pages

Hi there,

My website does not show headings and text at the moment. I believe it has someting to do with new text / heading elements in classic rows or sections…

This is quite a problem, because I’m launching and campaigning a product now which is totally not showing…

How do I fix this?

I checked your website, It seems that your WordPress version is 5.5. It might be the issue of cache or version compatibility issue with WordPress version and Cornerstone.

I would recommend you downgrading WordPress to version 5.3. 5.3 is the recommended version and the one we currently support. I would also suggest you troubleshoot a few common issues too:

1. Theme Related Issue
2. Testing for Plugin Conflict
3. Child Theme Issue

If none of these helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– Specific Page URL, where you are having the issue.
– WordPress Admin username / password

Please share the exact page URL and screenshot where you are facing this issue.

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

It would be better if you copy your live site to a staging server and provide credentials of staging server as mentioned above so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your current setup.
