Text Headline Not Working on V2

When I try to use the V2 headline builder, text won’t show up to start editing.

So actually nothing works in the V2 elements and I really, really want them to work! I cleared my cache as recommended.

I got it to work. I didn’t have the current theme installed. I thought I did!
