Text format changes not taking effect

Hi Guys,

I’ve noticed something weird - Text and Headline formatting is not changing when published.

On the specific page in question, I have Headlines set with a color, left-justified, etc. and text elements set to color black etc… But they don’t seem to publish.

Any ideas as to why this is happening?

Hi @jonathanrockett,

I am not sure which website you are talking about, you have many licenses on your licenses page. Would you please kindly make sure that you follow the steps below:

1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list here. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. Click here for more information.
2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
3. Remove custom CSS and Javascript from the options and/or Child Theme and test the case.
