How / where can I customize the text appearing on my posts when included in social media ? (instead of this special mention “This is where the text for the front of your card should go”:

Hi There,

Thanks for writing in! X outputs standard Open Graph tags for your content. Try disabling X’s default Open Graph settings under X > Theme Options > Social > Open Graph. You need to disable this and use a plugin like Yoast Seo (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/) to handle open graph.
