Text editing differences

Hi! Some little help or tips would be welcome. I am editing two of my sites simultaneously, using Cornerstone. When selecting a section, then element. Both of them have “Text” but editing possibilities are very different. I have tried to change to classic text but nothing change. Now I don´t get the point why the other has padding, border, border radius, box shadow, text format…
but the other doesn´t have those editing possibilities at all. Even when editing text with this newer page there are fewer options. I hate to be stuck in these nuances

You need to turn on Advanced Mode from X > Settings > Permissions > Advanced Mode. Here’s a screencast.
