Text disappeared after latest 4.0.10 Pro update

Text does not load in the Pro editor, and it does not show in the WordPress editor either.

I’ve tried clearing cache, deactivate plugins, using two different browsers.

But my content does not load in Pro. It’s still there when I view a page on the frontend.

Hey @patrictarnhamn,

I see the issue on your site. We have not enough permission to check the site thoroughly though. Please give us Admin level access so we could check the plugins and also provide FTP access so we could check your WordPress setup.

There’s a plugin conflict with your website that’s why the text disappeared in the builder. To find the culprit, I suggest that you will do TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT.

after deactivating all my plugins one by one, I came to realize the conflict is created by https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-external-links/

this is a plugin I need. is there any way you could look into why this conflict happends?

Regretfully, investigation of 3rd party plugins is beyond the scope of our theme support. I would suggest you contact the plugin author for further support.
