Hi all, any known way to fix this? I’ve reloaded the page, closed and reopened the browser and restarted the computer.

Thanks for writing in! I have checked the site URL assigned to your Themeco license and it seems that you’re using an older version of Pro theme on your site.

You can check the latest version numbers from here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195) and update your Pro theme accordingly (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62).

Once you update your theme, make sure to clear style cache under Pro -> Settings and also purge server cache if you’re using a caching plugin.

Pro is showing all of the menu except for settings for some reason?

Hi @yzakami,

Usually, this problem occur if your setup is not updated or it is not updated well.

Please share us your admin credential so we could check your setup closer.

Don’t forget to set it in a secure note.

I would like to ask permission also to update your or disable other plugins to fix this issue.
