Text changes not showing in page preview

Hello! My team is experiencing an issue in Cornerstone. When we make a change to an element - for instance, changing a word in a text element - the change is not reflected in the page preview for nearly thirty seconds. Further, the “Save” button does not change color from green to orange to indicate that a change has been made on the page. They typically have to reload the page to get the editing page to work again, but it quickly begins lagging again. Using the latest version of Cornerstone, Pro theme, and Wordpress. Please advise.

Unfortunately, the issue can’t be replicated in the local environment. Can you please provide any video that helps us to recognize the problem? We may also need your website login credentials for further investigation, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
