Text box: can't change line height

I have a Text content element. Why is the line height stuck in “inherit”?

In other elements I have the option to specify line height. Why is this happening?

The Text element has the Height option to adjust the Line Height. If you are trying to point to any other element, please let us know the exact element so we can assist with that.
