Text block not picking up CSS styles

It seems that the “Classic Text” element picks up my CSS text styles with no problem, but using the newer “Text” element does not. It inherits the font, but not line height, color, etc.

Here’s a comparison (Text element on left, Classic Text element on right):

Is there a setting somewhere to enable CSS classes for the Text element?

Hi @kenfbell,

Thank you for writing in, the new Elements has a different class and advance markup than the classic ones. We dont recommend using a custom CSS on new elements, the text element has all the text formatting and styling option you need.

If you do not see those options on your end, please enable the Advance Mode.
