Text appearing on buttons being selected

Hello,

I wanted to have a questionnaire appear where the user would say “yes or no” to 5 questions and if they choose all “Yes” a certain block of text appears.

I like doing stuff using cornerstone instead of a bunch of custom javascript etc… is it possible to do this with just cornerstone?

Thanks for reaching out.
The text will appear based on the selection, in that case, it is not possible without JavaScript as it requires user interaction. If you are not proficient in this, I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you to do the customization or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where we answer the questions beyond normal theme support.
