When editing in Cornerstone, all the text, the logo in the header, and even one of the sections is no longer visible. Everything looks fine when visiting the site, but not in Cornerstone. I’ve tried turning off plugins and emptying all caches on the server but nothing helps.
using latest versions of WP, X Theme and Cornerstone. Using Ethos stack.

I have checked your site and edited the homepage in Cornerstone. The images and texts loads on my end.
Please purge the site cache in your WPEngine Dashboard. You might need to clear your browser cache as well. For best results, please make use of the private browsing mode and test your site again.

I replied too soon. After clearing the browser cache and the WPengine cache, I was able to see all the elements and text.
But as soon as I made an edit in Cornerstone, even before saving that edit, all the text disappeared again. After saving the edit, all the text remained hidden.
This is happening in both Safari and Chrome on a Mac, running the most recent OS.

I have investigated your site again and I found out that there is a JS error on the page:
Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected identifier
This is all because you have added “Our Good Riddance 2017 You Stinker Party is upon us!” in the custom JS section.
I went ahead and resolved the issue. I also temporarily deactivated HelloBar plugin because it is causing an issue as well.
Please check your site now.
