I’ve added the testimonials slider to https://wordpress-1397640-5449763.cloudwaysapps.com/, but I can’t see the controls and it’s not autoplaying.

The slider navigation is there but the arrows are the same color as the background. Try to adjust the Setup > Color value of the Prev/Next Icon elements in the Slider Navigation.
