ARRAY_MERGE(): EXPECTED PARAMETER 2 TO BE AN ARRAY, STRING GIVEN IN /HOME/CUSTOMER/WWW/STAGING7.ROMPSKIS.COM/PUBLIC_HTML/WP-CONTENT/PLUGINS/CORNERSTONE/INCLUDES/VIEWS/PARTIALS/GRAPHIC.PHP ON LINE 26

Could you please take a look? It’s on the home page.

Hello @kcreative,

Thanks for writing to us.

There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

  1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
  2. CSS/JS Customization
  3. Version Compatibility
  4. Disabling Cache
  5. Child Theme

If none of those work, It would be best if you could copying your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

Thanks

Hi @prakash_s,
Thanks for the quick response
we tried but none of the above helps, the credentials are in the security note.

Hello @kcreative,

We have investigated your issue and it seems that there is a slight difference in your Quotes element. This is what we have at the moment:

The Quotes > Citation > Graphic is not present in the latest release and on your site it is there which could be a bug or due to a corrupted file. Can you please reinstall your X theme and the Cornerstone plugin manually? Please check out this guide:

Kindly let us know how it goes.

Hi again guys,
we reinstalling X theme and the Cornerstone plugin but without success, the problem remains!
can you check again why this is happening?

P.S, We get this error only for the first element so as a temporary fix we duplicated it and hid the first one. Please advise on a permanent solution.

Regards

Hello @kcreative,

The issue seems to have been resolved already:

Kindly clear all your plugin caches and your browser cache. You may use private browsing mode (Incognito Mode) in testing your site again.

Best Regards.

Thank you for the reply, but the problem persists - as mentioned in the previous comment, we did the following:

“P.S, We get this error only for the first element so as a temporary fix we duplicated it and hid the first one. Please advise on a permanent solution.”

I just deleted the extra quote and “unhid” the old one:

p.s. please note that there is a front-end password for the staging, details in the secured note.

Hello @kcreative,

As it turns out, the Design Cloud template is using legacy Quotes elements. Rebuilding the section using the new Quotes element will resolve your issue.

Please check your page now.
