Testimonials disappeared!

I have testimonials on a client site. They were working just fine. Now that area is blank!

When I view the site logged in, I see them. If I’m in a private window, I don’t. I see them on the backend in the cornerstone editor, too. What’s happening?

Site is: roadtopurity.com

Hi @aleminopuy,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website and found that the testimonial is visible only when you are logged in. There might be some cache which is the reason behind your problem. This type of issue mostly happens due to the Server Level Cache, I would suggest you contact your hosting provider to purge all the server level cache.

Hope it helps.
Thanks

I tried flushing cache. That didn’t work. Then I turned off all caching. Also didn’t work.

I was fooling around in Inspector and found that it’s still loading the content, it’s just not showing it?

So I don’t know if this is a server issue. Is this something Pro/Cornerstone is doing?

I FIGURED IT OUT!

I use Site Ground’s performance plugin. If ‘Defer render-blocking javascript’ or ‘minify javascript’ are checked, the slides don’t appear for non-logged in visitors.

I un-checked those, and bingo!

Hey @aleminopuy,

It’s good to hear that the issue has been resolved already.

Cheers.
