Testimonial element – mobile – graphic image max. width

hello,

i have two issues with the testimonial element.

1. max. width on mobile

i need to have the graphic smaller, but on mobile it does not take my max. width value

2. postion of the citation on mobile

the position is on mobile on top and not like on the desktop version after the text.

how to fix this?

Hi Oli,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked the given URL and found that the placement of the Graphics is set to the bottom and it shows that only. I have checked by changing the Size of the Graphics but it does not load, it seems that it might be the cache which is the reason behind your issue.

I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache including the Style Cache from Cornerstone > Settings > System > Clear Style Cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.

hello tristup, with the cornerstone clear style cache i see an effect.
i have cleared all chaches. incl. wp rocket, browser and in private mode.

still the citation is on mobile on top on bottom like desktop.

the max width of the graphic is not working on mobile plus the margin value from graphic to layout is not working now. before i had a distance. now i have not.

how to fix?

Hello Oli,

I have investigated the issue and I believe that this is a bug in the latest release of the theme. This has already been added to our issue tracker and will be looked into by our development team. I cannot make any promises relating to a fix at this stage. I will add a note to the tracker referencing your report though so our dev team can see there are multiple reports of the issue.
