Terms & Conditions page is wrong

Hi guys,

I feel like I’m going mad, the terms and conditions page I’m amending and seeing is different to what everyone else is seeing.

I’ve highlighted in yellow the differences

Obviously, when I change to incognito I see a different page but what I don’t understand is why the changes I am making in the pro builder aren’t reflected on the page when saved.

Thanks for asking.

I checked the T&C page and it seems to be a plugin conflict issue. When I edited the page, I could see the changes in the preview panel and on live website when logged in. However, if I am on incognito mode or on a different browser then the changed were not reflected. I cleared the cache that also did not had any effect. I then deactivate all the plugins and doing so changes are getting reflected. In that regards I suggest you to try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Thank you for getting back to me and for also investigating this issue

Is there a reason this exact page is being affected by a plugin? In terms of page layout and design, it is probably the most simple and basic page on the website so I’m really confused why it’s being affected but also I am worried other pages I don’t know about are affected too!

Hi,

I checked the page but can’t find anything specific that is causing the issue. Most likely your other pages got affected as well.

Please try testing for a plugin conflict as suggested by my colleague. It will give you more idea why this is happening.
