I couldn’t find a copy anywhere so I went to a client’s site that hasn’t been updated to RS7 yet, FTP’d in, found the plugin, zipped it, downloaded it, deleted RS7 from a problematic site, installed RS6, Activated it and it worked.
My Modules are back and functioning properly.

Thanks for sharing this download link. Other users may access this link and download the previous stable version of the plugin. A site’s traffic may spike as users may visit and download the plugin.
