Templates not showing up

Hi there, I’m having the same problem as this post.

Templates are not showing after clicking on it.

I’m running the latest wordpress and Pro.

Hi John, thank you very much for your comment. No the problem is not solved. When I launch Pro, and I click on “Template”, nothing shows up. It’s just blank. I need to be able to access Templates and if you could help, that would be much appreciated.

Hey Chris,

I logged in and I could access Pro > Launch > Templates.

Please clear all caches including your browser cache then check again. If you have browser extensions, please disable them also. You could also quickly test in incognito mode.

I’m sorry that your reply was delayed.

Thank you for confirming the template.

But what we are addressing is the template for each content edit.
Pro > Launch > Content > EDIT > Layout > TEMPLATES
Previously you could output and upload the template, but it is blank.

Please tell me if there is a solution to this problem or another way to output and upload the template.

Hi there @cnyc31,

Thanks for writing in!

I’ve checked your install and the issue is down to the version of Pro you are using (1.1.1). Please upgrade to Pro 1.2.6, which contains multiple fixes. Templates will then work correctly.

Do I need a cornerstone plug-in when I use Pro?

Hi there @cnyc31,

You don’t need Cornerstone when using Pro, as Pro has the content builder. :slight_smile:
