Templates Not Loading in Cornerstone

Hello,

We have 2 instances or PRO running with cornerstone.

The problem I am having is that the one for only loads 4 templates

and our other instance has 43

Can you assist with this and tell me why this is happening?

Thanks for reaching out.
Sometimes the only screenshot doesn’t help us to recognize the issue you are having it requires investigation through the admin dashboard. Can you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

I tried to access your site but you have not given administrator permission to this user account. Please add admin privilege to this user account for this user account.

It has been updated… It looks like one of the other admins deleted it, as they thought it was a scam account. You should be all set

Hi @BSOMusic,

I have checked both of your sites and it seems that you have imported a few templates in the second site where 43 templates are loading. These are not default templates that come with the installation, you need to import it from the Design Cloud or need to save it as Template.
