Templates not exporting

Hello there,
I am able to save a template, but when I want to export it from the templates page, it doesn’t open a download window. Just says export successful. But it doesn’t download.

There are several possible factors that could cause such an issue. Here’s a list of what to check:

2. Check your downloads folder.
3. Check if any download blocker is in your browser or computer.

Only, if none of the suggestions help, please give us the following information in a [Secure Note]

– WordPress Login URL
– WordPress Admin username / password
