Hi - I have saved a template from design cloud. When I start in Global Blocks and go to load the template the one I want is not showing up in the list to insert. I’m wanting to use ‘Section Dividers 3’. I have a Pro license. Other templates are shown to choose from but not the one I want. I saved it several times etc.

To better help you with your issue, we need to check your admin panel. Please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

It’s actually working now. I logged out and back into WordPress and it was there.
Not sure what the deal was. Maybe a cookie thing?
