Is there any backup feature to the header, footer, page?

Regretfully there is no backup feature at the moment. I would suggest you export the page, header/footer as a template and download it for the backup.

i found that duplicating and dating the name is a quality solution

In case you don’t want your backup to be exported and downloaded you may use the clone option, that would be one solution as well.
