Template theme can't be loaded

Hi,

so I’m trying to load Ethos magazine demo to my site but the loading breaks at the middle.

Does anyone know why this keeps happening?

Thanks for reaching out.

Please try the following possible solutions.

Increasing Php Memory Limit

Also, please contact your web host to configure the server settings mentioned below.

allow_url_fopen = On
upload_max_filesize = 512M
post_max_size = 512M
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 300
max_allowed_packet = 16Mb
innodb_log_file_size = 128mb

Only if none of that helps, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Hi Marc,

thank you for your response. I contacted hosting company and changed setup on cpanel as you proposed, even so its not working and funny part is that we have that demo used on previous site with same hosting packet where it works so i hope you could see wheres the problem.

Hey Marta,

Importing the Ethos Magazine demo into your site works. You just need to wait as your web host / server is slow to download the image assets. It took around 30+ minutes to complete.
