Just installed newest version of Pro and every time I try to download the Template Managers Starter Pack it fails. Any help with this would be much appreciated. Thanks!
An now I installed some things from the Design Cloud and the ability/option to install the starter pack has disappeared

You will not see the download starter pack if you already have templates like when you downloaded from Design Cloud. To download the starter pack again, you need to delete all your templates. Please backup your current templates by downloading them.
The starter pack download could fail if you have not enough upload limit. Try contacting your host to increase your upload limit. Or, do it yourself by following this guide.
If that does not help, please give us WP admin and FTP access in a Secure Note.

I figured it out. PHP memory was set too low so basic functions all over wordpress and plug ins and even the Pro theme were not working correctly. After increase PHP memory a lot of problems got fixed. Thanks for your help!
