Template Not Overriding

Not sure what I am missing, I have done this before.

I have a template setup to be applied to a Custom Post Type “Business Landing Page” with Priority of “0”. All works as it should, and has been for some time.

I also have a NEW template setup to override that and be used with “Business Landing Page” but with a post Tag of “extended-landing”. I am using Priority “-1”, but on the front end I still see the OLD “Business Landing Page” page template in use. I need the original template to honor old posts like this:
https://yourneighbormagazine.com/biz/the-great-frame-up/

But the NEW “extended template” to apply to this post (and others to come):
https://yourneighbormagazine.com/biz/aspen-flooring/

I must be missing something simple…

Thanks for writing to us.

I would suggest you go to the new template layout and you need to set the conditions like this.
“Post tyepe” IS “Business Landing Page” AND
“Business Landing Page Tag” IS “extended-landing”

Please purge all the cache and recheck it or check it in the private mode of the browser.
