Template not loading

Hi there,

So I’m trying to load one of the pre-made templates from the design cloud to my site to start working off of, The architecture one.

It’s not taking hold. The bar across the top goes all the way from start to finish, but there is no pre-made content once it’s done. It’s as if nothing it’s happening. I am able to load the simple templates on the site but nothing is coming up from the design cloud I’m getting the same reaction if I try to load other items as well.

Would you mind sharing your credentials so that we can check your back-end settings? To do that, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

Hello John,

You have permission problems in your Media uploads folder.

Please go to Media > Add New and Upload a new image to see the error. To get this resolve, you may need to contact your hosting provider for further assistance. Just tell them that you cannot upload any images in your WordPress install.
