I’m trying to download a template from my xtheme pro template library that I created (error message)
the error message I’m getting is - failed to download template. Export not supported. Please install php.zip.

- Testing For Plugin Conflict
- Theme Update
- Child Theme
- Css/Js Customization
- Increasing Php Memory Limit
- Disabling Cache
- Disabling Cdn
- Permalinks
- Version Compatibility
If none of those work, It would be best if you could copy your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin-level username and password
- FTP Details

I checked your settings it seems that there is an issue with PHP Zip. I would suggest you please contact your hosting provider to enable or install the Zip PHP extension on your hosting server.
