Template does not get added in templatemanage

hello :slight_smile:

I bought X pro yesterday. Now i tried to download a Template, called: agency. Sadly it Run all as it should,
but after if i go to the templatemanager to activate it, it doesn’t show up. If igo back do design cloud the agency template looks like i never installed anything and i can click on install to do it again and again… but it never shows up in templatemanager.
I activated slider revolution and i have no failure message.

If i try to download other Template it just hangs on Initializing for ever.

Hey Jonas,

Though the Agency Site Template is part of the Template Manager, Site Templates are not like the rest of the Templates that can be loaded per page. A Site Template, when installed, is loaded globally with its design and contents included as shown in our demos. See https://theme.co/x/demos/

If a template doesn’t complete, it commonly is an issue with your server’s Upload Limit or Max Execution Time limitation. Please contact your web host to increase those to the maximum. It’s best to to set 120 MB or more for the Upload Limit and 5 Minutes or more for the Max Execution Time.
