I want to add this chat plugin. It’s installed and I have to add the shortcode somewhere so it can show to my viewers, how to do it?

Thanks for reaching out.
You can add anywhere, like in Header, and Footer, using the Widget. But, I would suggest you contact the Plugin Author to know where should be the correct place to add this shortcode.
