Tel No not showing up in Contact form 7

Hi,

I’ve added a telephone number field to my contact form 7 but the number is not showing up in a message? What have I done wrong?

We wanted to add the telephone number so we could contact customers better, so we had the contact forms already and have just added the telephone number field on all pages but have been testing this page:

When we send a test message the other fields show up but we’re getting nothing for the telephone number and I can’t see why?

I believe that it could be on your form settings. Please share us your admin credentials so we could check your setup closer.

Hello There,

I have logged in and checked your contact form. It turns out that you haven’t added the telephone field in the message. Please see the secure note to check the link and screenshot:

To resolve this, you will have to edit the contact form and in the Mail tab, you have to update it into this:

From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
Subject: [your-subject]

Message Body:
[your-message]

[tel-963]
