To know if it’s our theme or the plugin that is causing the issue, please perform the following troubleshooting steps.
- Testing For Theme Related Issue
- Testing For Plugin Conflict
- Theme Update
- Child Theme
If the issue is still happening even if you switched to the default WordPress theme, the issue is the TechTribe plugin. In this case, you should reach out to the plugin author.
Only if the issue is happening with our theme, we can check what part of our theme is causing the issue but just note that we could not guarantee a fix for 3rd party plugin conflicts. It’s still best to contact the plugin author for 3rd party plugin issues. What we could do as support is to report the case to our development team.
