Hi @barkmall,

Thanks for reaching out.
It will be very difficult to tell without investigating it through the WordPress admin dashboard. I would suggest you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

NOTE: I would suggest you check the Mailchimp credentials if that is the reason behind your problem.

Thanks

Hello @barkmall,

In order to help you with your concerns, it would be best if you could copy your live site to the staging server and then update the theme. Please have a look at this article to learn more about how to move the live site to the staging server. https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-staging-environment-for-a-wordpress-site/
Please send your staging server login details so that we can check it on our end without breaking your live site. Please send the FTP login details as well.

Thanks

Hi,

I have cloned the live site to staging server. The credential is in the secure note.

Hi @barkmall,

Unfortunately, the credential for the setting server does not work. Can you please check and reshare it again?

Thanks

they are the FTP login.

As the staging server is cloned from production, you may use the backend login i shared to to you in previous chat.

Hi u still here?

Hi, can you please give us a reply?

Hi @barkmall,

A self-reply will push the thread to the bottom of the forum, and that is why you are getting a delayed reply. I have checked your website thoroughly and submitted a few Gravity Forms with test data but didn’t get any issues. Can you please specify the exact page URL where you have the form which is giving the errors?

Thanks

Please go to this form -> https://sell.barkmall.com/apply/

I just also replicated the issue again as below.

Hey Mei Lei,

You must have resolved the issue already because I can already see the page without any errors or issues.

  • See the secure note below

Best Regards.

The issue is about error occured AFTER frontend user submited a gravity. You need to input random data to submit the form first to see the error.
