Taxonomy (looper builder) with both "include" and "exclude"

I’d like to be able to specify taxonomy terms to be included, but also exclude posts that contain certain terns. Please help?

Thanks for writing in! Please be advised that in the Looper provider, you can use the Query Builder to exclude OR include posts with certain taxonomy.

Regretfully, you cannot do both at the same time. Anyway, we’ve added this as a feature request so it can be taken into consideration for future development.
