brand.php file with tagline no longer recognized with x-theme update.

As per ususal when updating theme I need to replace the brand.php file in the global framework. This time it is not being recognized.

Typically below the Together we Care logo 9http://together-we-care.com/) there has been a line “TORONTO CONGRESS CENTRE | APRIL 9–11, 2018” It has now disappeared even with the brand.php file being replaced.

Please advise.
