The tabs element is being rendered sequentially, i.e. one tab after the other instead of one tab that provides navigation options.
What could be going on?

Please check the contents of the Installation overview as the content looks quite messy as there are lots of shortcodes in it that might have caused the issue on the whole accordion and have a part of the accordion shortcode to show up below it.
To test it, try to copy all the contents in that tab in notepad then remove the contents of that tab. Save the page and preview it. If the accordion works back to normal then you will have to recheck the codes that was in there.
