Tabs in tabs

Here’s a rare scenario. I am working on a page which has tabs with 2 options. Each option again has tab systems. I created that by using Global blocks inserted in each tab. So 2 main horizontal tabs- each has 2 vertical tab systems. Issue is that second horizontal tab is not working when clicked inside the vertical tabs.
