Tablet grid layout problem

Hello there,

We have a grid on this page: https://leslieh7.sg-host.com/join-us-alt/

I am still trying to learn how it works, especially on mobile, so for simplicity I have several in the page.

The grid that contains the attached image and text is being squashed and I cannot fathom it. I have changed the row span to 100% but the grid itself seems to being restricted by a width. Can you see what I am doing wrong?

Thanks for writing in! You are having this issue because of your Column setup for the grid layout on smaller screens.
