Is Table Rate Shipping by bolderelements compatible with Pro? And X?

I’m trying to set it up in Pro right now, and I’m having a tough time getting it to work. Need to figure out if it’s my theme, and if so I will try a different plugin. I see that they have lots of current users that it works fine for, and it’s up-to-date.
