Hello Is it possible to accomplish something like this http://piedmontchapel.com/about with this theme where the page seems to have tabbed section. In the link I’m referring to the sections labeled The PS Story, What We belive, CHurch Life etc.

It is possible using the Tab Element of the Cornerstone:
Also, you will need to set the Row options of the Section to be Marginless. Then you will need to add some CSS coding to make it like the menu and not tab.
Bottom line it is possible to do so but not out of the box, and you will need custom development to fine tune stuff.
