Tab/Tab Navs not working as intended

Hello,

Since the last update of themeco, it seems that it has gained its own ‘tabs’ shortcodes. My site has always used custom tab codes, manually using the [tab_nav][/tabs] function. However, since the update, all the pages with tabs are not working as intended anymore.

The new tabs are helpful, however, I need to use tabs more than 5, it locks up to only five. How can we fix this problem?

Thanks for writing in.

It seems to be working fine, there are custom tabs, one has images and it toggles correctly. Please try clearing your browser cache before testing. And yes, you’ll still need to use your custom tabs as shortcode instead of using the builder’s tab element.

Thank you for replying. As far as I am concerned, this should not be happening:

It seems that it only becomes its proper function once I’ve clicked on every single images.

Tabs are used so that only one image appears in one space so they can be tabulated. This is already on a freshly installed browser, as well as I’ve cleared them. My OS is also newly installed so this may not be a cache issue.

This seems to be related to your customization. I added a new page on your website and added the Classic Raw Content element and add the shortcode of the 10 tabs below:

I checked the page and it is working ok. So you either need to recreate the tabs or see what is the difference between the original and your customized version to find the problem.

Also please do your tests in an isolated environment. Add your tab code to a new page and test so that you will be sure that the tab code is the problem not the other parts of the page.
