What is the best way to create a mobile optimized tab element? The one that I have on my desktop page is great but the mobile version is very poor. The user never would know that they need to slide the tab to the side.

Does the new grid feature a good approach to build a table or table for presenting a few products info?

Thanks for posting in! With the New Grid element, you can rearrange each cell in each respective screen size. I would recommend that you check out this documentation and the video tutorial:
